• Open the Opay app

If you maybe by mistake delete your Opay app, kindly go to Google playstore or your apple store and download the app, after you have installed the app, you tap on it to open it.

Step 2.

• Click on lost your phone

If happened that you have lost your phone, you inputs your phone number and password, then click on login button, after that they will send you a verification code,a click on "lost your phone" button and fill the required information to retrieve your account.

Step 3.

• Tap on forgotten password

If you did not lost your phone and you mistakenly forgot your password, then your own is very simple to address, you can just write down your mobile number and click or tap on "forgotten password" button. 

After that they will send you a confirmation or verification code as the case my be.

Go to your inbox copy the code and paste it on the required place and click on verify, enter your 4 digit code or pin to continue.

After doing all that you account have  successfully being retrieved.
